A change in the weather at last which made training this week a bit more enjoyable!! We are into the last weeks of the winter schedule so come the Summer schedule there will be plenty of opportunity to test your fitness levels with a wide variety of races to target and club events scheduled. If you have not made any plans for what to do over the coming months well then take a look at the season calendar and try and target some of the events included on this: both at club level and with the Triathlon season events. The more club members taking part in the sessions and attending races the more enjoyable it is!!!

Club training weekend 2:
2 weeks to go to the second of our training weekends. The sessions have been formalised and we will give the schedule for the weekend later this week. March 26-27, keep it free and hopefully there will be a good turn up at each of the sessions that are being arranged. Any issues etc. as always let a committee member know, message on the Viber group or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We are in the process of organising a number of events during the week leading up to the North Tipp Sprint. The layout to date can be seen in the season calendar. We are also in the process of organising some invited speakers to discuss various aspects of health and sport. There will be various events on each day over the course of the week starting on April 11th and of course the weekend will have the triathlon on Saturday and the Nenagh Classic cycling race on the Sunday. All events during the week will be open to all members and any level of fitness so try and support as many of the events as possible. We will give more information on this week closer to the event.

Lahinch training weekend:
As mentioned a number of times we are in the process of organising the final club training weekend, which we hope to run on the weekend 14-15 May in Lahinch. This is open to all members and there will be sessions for all levels during the weekend. There will be 3 cycling options available during the weekend so if the complete cycle from Nenagh to Lahinch is beyond your current level of fitness there will be a number of shorter options available, as well of course as just doing the swim and run sessions in Lahinch and making your own way down during the day.If you are interested and have not let a member of the committee know then please do so as we are booking provisional accommodation this week! To let us know you can just tell us directly, use the Viber group or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
