No junior training tomorrow.

Lake swim: bank holiday Monday at 6:00pm in Youghal

Best of luck to everyone that is racing this weekend. The Kanturk 3 Day cycle is the big event and we have a team of 6 heading down to it. If you take part in any other races over the weekend then let me know.
