It’s a huge weekend for the cycling club. The An Post Rás gets underway on Sunday and we are lucky enough to have a team entered in that. Some riders are heading off to do a sportive on Saturday and some are going racing on Sunday. For everyone else you can either sit on the couch all day or come out training with the rest of us.
Senior Cycle: starts at 9:00am from the hotel. The intensity for this one is likely to be a little easier than usual so come out and give it a go. Route is: Toomevara, Silvermines, Shallee, Newport, Daly’s Cross, Birdhill, Ballina, Portroe, Nenagh.
Mount Leinster Challenge: a few of our France bound cyclists are heading to this hilly sportive. Ask on viber for details.
