Tomorrow morning looks like a cold but decent day for cycling. Whether you are off racing or training with the senior or novice groups, we hope to se ye out in force.
Time: senior cycle at 9:00 from the hotel. Novice cycle is off at 10:00 from the hotel.
Route: we will head towards Roscrea, Birr tomorrow. The northerly winds should blow us all home at the end. We would like for most people to head for Ballinderry once you reach Borrisokane. Resist the temptation to head home!
There are two races on tomorrow. Both are flat course races. One race is in Broadford, Limerick and the other is up in Clonard.
The weather is a little more uncertain for Sunday. If things are fine then the usual cycle will take place from Tescos at 8:00am. If the weather is poor expect an update on Viber and Facebook. The route for this will be chosen on the morning.
There is another race in Broadford on Sunday. This time the route is a little hillier and a little longer than the routes on Saturday. If you are a racing cyclist then try your best to make it to at least one race this weekend. On the other day train with the club. We don’t want to see people going missing. There is no need to be resting up for races at this early time in the year.
