Turbo training returns this evening
– 6:00pm start for juniors (and any seniors that want to do extra)
– 7:30pm start for seniors (but feel free to turn up at seven to get an extended warm-up) finish at 8:30pm
Location: Running Complex
The focus will now switch from power work to more race specific training. We will start off easy-ish for the first week and build up the intensity week by week.
Cost = free.
Don’t forget a towel, drink and the correct back skewer for your bike!
