Two hours later and I still can’t stop sweating. That sure was a great workout at Bertie’s Circuit Training Class. The club turned out in force once again for this strength and conditioning set. There wasn’t much strength on display though as we all suffered like dogs on the first night back. Give it another few weeks and we will be motoring. No pain, no gain.
Tuesday – two sessions tomorrow
- Morning swim – starts at 6:40am. If you are a beginner swimmer you should instead target our Wednesday evening swim at 8:00pm.
- Tuesday turbo – we have spare turbos for anyone that wants to try this session out. Remember that you need to bring the correct skewer for the back wheel. It should look like the photo below. Also bring a towel and a drink as it can get very warm.
- Junior turbo – 6:00pm – 7:00pm
- Senior turbo – 7:30pm – 8:30pm but you can arrive early if you want more.
