Pool: The pool will be open at 7am tomorrow morning. More people need to avail of this session as one or two open water swims a week will not help your speed!
Thursday brick session: Tomorrow evenings brick session starts at 6:30 at the CBS. It will consist of a warm up cycle to Toomevara, followed by a sprint to Dunkerrin. We will then turn around here and rollover back to Nenagh and finish with a 2 mile run around the CBS. With only 10 days until HOTW this training session is a must!!
