It’s almost that time of year again where we collectively poop our pants at the thoughts of 50 minutes of agony on the N7. Next Thursday sees the return of our annual summer league and if you are seriously interested in improving your cycling speed then attending this is a must. This is an open league so competitors from other clubs are more than welcome to come and join us. The league takes place on the N7 road which is very quiet, wide and safe. It finishes with the dreaded 1km ramp. The league will run for 18 weeks; over that period you should see big improvements.
Summer League Details
When? Every Thursday evening starting at 7:00pm. Starting on April 6th, 2017
Where? Sign-on will be in Gooig (half way between Birdhill and Daly’s Cross) from 6:40 – 7:00.
Who? This event is open to anyone from any cycling club that has a Cycling Ireland racing license. Nenagh CC members do not need to have a full competition license. Please help spread the word via Facebook, Twitter, Strava etc.
Spread the word: for league races like this to survive we need to see decent numbers out each week. Nenagh CC members should try to attend and promote this series as much as possible.
