January is the perfect time to join the club. Instead of just reading this website and wishing you could get involved – make a new year’s resolution to join. Current club members come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some people take training serious and some people just do it for the craic. If you are just finished playing team sports and want a new challenge then this could be the sport for you. Maybe you just want to lose weight and get fit, if so this sport is definitely for you.
The triathlon season really gets going in June. That gives you 6 months to get ready for your first triathlon. We hope to see you at some of our training sessions in January. Just do it.
