Club Training Weekend Day 2 – March 27th

Training Weekend Day 2

First training day is done and dusted and thanks to everyone who made the effort to attend. Hopefully everyone got something out of the sessions!! Yet again we were hit with terrible weather for the time trial but after the presentation in the afternoon ye will be well aware that there will be plenty of opportunity to work on your time trial skills during the course of the season!!!

All we can say is fingers crossed for the weather tomorrow morning but barring a major disaster the Duathlon will be going ahead………REMEMBER THAT THE CLOCKS TO FORWARD BY 1 HOUR TONIGHT!!!!!!

Sunday 27th March

Duathlon 10:00:

Day 2 will see a repeat of the duathlon route from the first training weekend and will take place around the Nenagh Leisure Centre / Abbey court area. The run will be an out and back along the Dublin route with a 1k and 2k turnaround point. The bike will be on the North Tipp sprint route and will have 5k and 10k turnaround points.

The recommended distances are:                   4k – 20k – 2k                         2k – 10k – 2k

The session is open to all, both members and non-members.
