Training Weekend 2
Next weekend sees the second of our three club training weekends. Following on the success from the first weekend the session outline will be a similar format. As with all club sessions and events the success of this weekend is all based on the interest and participation from club members so we would hope to have a good level of interest in all events. All sessions are free of charge and open to all levels of fitness and both members and non-members so spread the word to anyone who may be interested!!!
