Fifteen cyclists left Nenagh on Saturday morning, with the welcome addition of some new members. The route was to Roscrea and back and while a few dropped off, hopefully perseverance will prevail. Going from leisure cycling to keeping a reasonable pace with a group is largely about perseverance and everyone knows what it is like to be starting off. Keep at it, try and get out a few times in the middle of the week, even for a short spin, and the Saturday morning cycles will soon become very doable.
