2013 Training

The club would like to wish everyone a happy New Year. We hope to see ye back at training soon.

Triathlon Training: will be resuming again with our evening swim on Wednesday, Jan 2nd. Don’t worry we will take it easy on everyone on the first day back! The usual training time table will be followed in January as we prepare for the upcoming 2013 racing season. Make it your New Year’s Resolution to get stuck into training in January. You will feel all the better for it.

Bike racing team: We will be starting back on Tuesday, Jan 1st with a handy trip around the lake. This cycle will start at 9:00am from Melrose. This will be an easy cycle to get rid of the post Christmas hangover. It will help to get us ready for the increase in intensity that will be seen throughout January. Try your best to be there.
